The FCCFA 130th Annual Convention turned the Sunseeker Resort into the Greatest Show from July 24-26! Attendees soaked up knowledge, reconnected with old friends, and celebrated 130 years of dedication to families and communities in Florida!

The spotlight hit its peak with a dazzling speaker lineup, including Andy Buckley, best known as Dunder Mifflin’s CFO from The Office. Buckley captivated the crowd with engaging stories and valuable insights on teamwork, effective communication, and cultivating a strong workplace culture. The main stage also featured engaging sessions on competing in price-sensitive markets and building highly engaged teams, among others.
